I had an appointment to turn on my sprinkler system. When the person did not show up at the time of appointment. I called them and the lady answering the phone was quite arrogant and rude. No phone calls were made to confirm the appointment. No phone calls were made to let me know that the person is not going to come in either. Waste of my time. I would never recommend them because of the way, my phone call was Handel. Unprofessional, arrogant, rude.
Northwest Landscape We recently received a quote from Northwest for some sprinkler installation and repair. After several changes by us, they were more than willing to revise their quote. They've been a pleasure to work with thus far.
This company does an excellent job. We had an irrigation installed, and we couldn't be happier with the installation and the service. Sean and his crew were prompt, professional, communicative and responsive. They are even coming back to "fine-tune" the system because I have extensive gardens and tricky landscaping. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone--and I am a very picky person!
