During my time working with them, I had serious communication issues—messages were answered very late or not at all, and I had to repeat the same information multiple times. My interactions with agent Sara Haakenson were difficult; her tone came across as rude and unhelpful. If you value timely updates and professional service when buying or selling a home, I suggest choosing a different office.
My experience with RE/MAX 4 Seasons and agent Sara Haagenson was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and I often had to follow up multiple times for updates. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to work with them again.
