No one is there. Nothing is free. It it an advertising place place for lawyers.

If I were you I wouldn't bother calling them. I've been dealing with the same issues for year. I've called them several times and apply for help. I received more help from the Snohomish County Legal Services. Who actually got more involved and were able to help me on a limited basis unlike Northwest Justice project. Who just keep sending me packets of reading information, which I had already read online. Nothing i did not know already. They send you in circles. Call this number where you will NEVER get through or you can file online but you will still have to call to confirm where you will NEVER get through. I utilized them some years ago and they were way better than this. So sad they are now just another bureaucracy that gives people the runaround. Once you actually contact them they are very helpful.

So many people certainly are in need of the services this organization provides to individuals who cannot afford to get legal assistance or find access to proper representation. The staff are sensitive to the hardships clients face and very willing to navigate a wide range of barriers just to ensure you receive support in various legal matters.
