My experience at northwest journey has been nothing but great the staff are very patient the communication is on point they are there to help and they do it's great to have someone in your corner when you need it most
This place is evil, only lasted one day there . Begged my mother not to let me go back. She called and confirmed with the lady on the other line that what happened did actually happen. I won’t say it because this place terrifies me.DONT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS PROGRAM!!!!! DONT LISTEN TO THE 5 STAR REVIEWS !!!!!! I am forever haunted by that 1 day there !
Matt and Amanda are amazing people they helped my little boy so much. He misses them a lot. If you need anything after post care they are willing to help. Very thoughtful nice people. And thank you for helping my boy!
if i could give 0 stars i 100% would. this place was traumatizing. as a client who attended their day treatment program and has since been a year since i attended, i am still suffering unpleasant thoughts about this place. i was not a delinquent, i was having mental health issues due to the recent passing of my mother and needed therapy. no matter what, the staff treat you as if youve done something wrong. the staff infantilize you, they degrade you, they force you into a little room by yourself. they dont care if you are cl... read more
My child learned sooo much from Journey. All staff that I have interacted with have been OUTSTANDING! I'm very pleased with how much of an impact Journey made for my child. He's completely different then he was when he first started there. I CAN NOT thank everyone there enough for what they have helped with!
