So I received recently a email from Dr Bobs office, about my experience. I was treated poorly & rude and they responded by saying my experience wasn’t true. How unprofessional is that coming from a “professional business/doctor”.. you could NEVER tell someone about their experience. Instead of saying we apologize, they simply covered up for their staff and how they treat people saying it wasn’t true. They did no research on my visit, just a cover up for poor & rude behavior.
