I bought an Axis from Northwest Inboards two years ago and have been nothing but pleased with their after sale support. From helping to pull my boat out for break-in service, to coming to my house to diagnose why my boat wouldn't start (two years after purchase!), Darren, Zac and Co have been there.
We purchased a new Axis A24 from Northwest Inboard’s. The communication and customer service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable sales staff and just great people to work with.
Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and just plain and simple cool people. I was happy to get answers from Darren years ago on a used boat I bought that he originally sold and setup. Fast forward to this year when we purchased a new Axis and the process was about as straight forward and simple as it could be. Hard not to like this team. Thank you.
There is not much to say that others haven't already said, these guys are the best!! For those around for a while the best comparison I can make is old time Nordstrom's where literally everything is done to make your experience as good as possible. Darren and Zac went so far above and beyond to make our whole experience buying an Axis boat a great one!
I have had the best experience with Northwest Inboards. Zac helped us with our 1st Axis boat in 2021 which I loved, so much. We put so many hours on it and needed an upgrade. He sold our boat while we picked out boat #2. Zac and Darren have provided us with so much support. I love the Axis boats so much. Being on the boat is like being on the best day of vacation. These guys have made my experience amazing! I will buy every boat I ever buy from these guys. It was an incredible experience both times!
