We had the greatest experience buying our first surf boat from Zac and NWI. I was an out of state customer and Zac had me feel comfortable enough to drive out and buy our families dream boat. The boat was nicer in person. Zac went out of his way in soo many ways for us to feel comfortable and happy with the boat we picked out. I will definitely recommend shopping with Zac for the great experience we had. Even though NWI is out of state I will be a returning customer.
The go to place to buy, sell, or trade your boat. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. Zac and Darren offer full service boat needs with a mom and pop shop feel and no frills. Together with Bakes Marine is a true one stop shop for anything you or your boat needs. 5 years ago I bought my first boat with Zac, and now I just sold that boat with him for an upgrade. They truly offer the best deals and personal level of care I've found nowhere else.
Bought a boat here with my buddies and it was a great experience start to finish. Zach took care of us the whole way. He knew the answers to every question we threw at him, and we asked a lot. He stayed late to go over every detail, then came out on the lake with us and walked us through operating it, setting the wake, and filling the ballasts etc. No pressure, no runaround, just straight answers. If you’re shopping, ask for Zach.
