Notably good service experience. As a first time customer my car and I were treated like old friends. My technician, Joe, knew my car inside and out and explained the problems with my car in layman's terms. I learned not only what was wrong with my car, but why and what to expect from the repair. I have a Nissan and would not hesitate to use them again for my car or my girlfriend's VW. The shop, while small, was clean and the people friendly.
