I dropped a very heavy object on my big toe and foot- result- immediate swelling and pain! First visit to this Urgent Care, took about 15 minutes to see the doctor, digital x-rays clearly showed the concussion but no fracture; gave me a padded boot to wear, and prescription for pain medication, which I got filled at the local Walgreens. I got healed as predicted and no problems since. $155 for an hour plus walked out with images of both feet; well worth it. When my primary care doctor could not see me, I arrived after work, filled out the required forms and waited for about 5 minutes before going back to have my blood pressure and temperature taken and a brief discussion with the nurse. Then after about 10 minutes the doctor came in and immediately confirmed what I suspected the problem was and gave me the options.
