To Hyundai "Parts Department" at CypressTexas: So this is called a Parts Department???? NO IS NOT!!!. Yesterday was my first time ordering a part in this new building (or any other). They don't have a dedicated counter for a parts department. The way they work is that a guy has to be called on the phone, then it takes him 10 to 15 minutes to finally show up. I wanted to give Northwest Hyundai a chance to make things right, but it doesn't seem like anything is going to happen. My father took a vehicle to Northwest Hyundai service department for a recall issued by #Hyundai. After the initial inspection parts were ordered and he was told by Service Advisor Aaron Jackson, it would be two weeks. They never answered the phones always try giving them another chance by calling again but never 😅 answer

Called two dealerships parts departments and this one charged $200 more for the same part. Guy said they can charge whatever they want.
