Not transparent, tried to sell a used car claiming CPO whereas it was not. The car was missing spare tire, dealership didn't want to include it. Changed the price after agreed monthly payment. Customer service is poor, sales team is bad, wastes time to keep customer in dealership. Definitely not recommended for car buying.
Northwest Hyundai is easily the most dishonest and fraudulent dealership I’ve ever encountered. We showed up to buy a vehicle we found on their website—what a joke. The car was filthy inside, complete with someone else’s bags and a hairbrush. It hadn't even been cleaned. On top of that, it had 800 more miles than what was listed online. Even worse? DECEPTIVE- is the word that will stay in my mind about this dealer. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ON YOUR FACE and take your money! I inquired about an Elantra that they had advertised on their website. When I spoke to the internet sales person Joshua, he mentioned that there are NO Addons and the price listed on the website is the final sales price (plus taxes etc).
