The staff members are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. I chose to come to this clinic a year ago and I'm happy I did.
Nurse Chelsee is the best nurse I have ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment for a lab test, and she saved me a lot of time by communicating with my provider and arranging for me to get the other tests I needed on the same day. I had a lot on my plate during my visit, and if she hadn’t mentioned the other things I needed, including providing me with a copy of my immunization records, it would have been much more difficult for me, as I do not have reliable transportation. Had to get in for an emergency appointment. And I even arived late and everyone was understanding. It also felt like the doctor heard me and wasn't rushing me out, and were very kind. Highly liked the service!
Josha sandema at the Monmouth clinic is the best he is always there when I need someone to talk to and has helped me so much he has been my doctor for years and we'll not see anyone else.. West Salem clinic Aaron with the MATTS team is the best at that clinic need more people that truly care like these two men do.. THANKS GUYS YOUR THE BEST
