Clerical errors have created a poor patient experience. Taking responsibility of the staff's mistake and being professional would be a great first step in serving your community. The fact that you will sit in a empty room for 15 minutes, while you get 5 minutes of interaction from the staff, and they still charge you nearly $300 to your insurance. The staff members are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. I chose to come to this clinic a year ago and I'm happy I did.
Nurse Chelsee is the best nurse I have ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment for a lab test, and she saved me a lot of time by communicating with my provider and arranging for me to get the other tests I needed on the same day. I had a lot on my plate during my visit, and if she hadn’t mentioned the other things I needed, including providing me with a copy of my immunization records, it would have been much more difficult for me, as I do not have reliable transportation. Had to get in for an emergency appointment. And I even arived late and everyone was understanding. It also felt like the doctor heard me and wasn't rushing me out, and were very kind. Highly liked the service!
