I came to the wound care clinic today to accompany a client for treatment. I have been here multiple times before and have never had any issues. Every nurse I’ve interacted with has always been kind and professional. While we were sitting in the hallway waiting to be called, an older nurse approached us ( she actually don’t have a name on her uniform ) and began asking questions without greeting us. Never received a call back from 3 days now called multiple times. Was refused service because they weren't sure " how they would get paid" through workmans comp. Customer service was horrible as well.

Dr. Daniels and the nurses at wound care are professional and very kind. The problem is the front desk staff. For some reason, it is extremely difficult to speak to someone by phone. They never pick up & they never return your call even when you leave a message during business hours. Please hire additional workers or train the staff to find a better way to manage high call volumes.
