I had a doctor check my baby diaper without gloves and then proceeded to check the mouth right after. Unsanitary and disgusting.
I needed to speak with a healthcare professional at this practice about some very real concerns I have about my teen and the medicine they are currently prescribing. I called, left messages, and after giving this practice 12 or more years of my two kids' lives (not to mention insurance/co-pays) was for their admin to respond to me in a way in which I felt belittled and helpless. We have been patients for 6 years. Never a billing issue, send Christmas cards, drop off donuts for doctors, the whole gamut. I was told 10 days ago that I couldn’t make an appointment for my daughter who was in pain from an ear infection because we somehow have a $90 balance from last January. I said I don’t know why that would be there but I will pay it with our new HSA card when it comes in the mail this week. They fought me but reluctantly let her be seen. I have been coming to this office for approximately two years, and my experiences with the staff have consistently been excellent. The young man who is normally at the front desk has always provided outstanding service, the nurse who checks the weight and vital signs is excellent, and the providers have consistently delivered exceptional care.
