Just had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered at a pediatrician’s office. I arrived on time for my child’s well check appointment, only to be told the provider was running late. I asked if they could call me when the provider arrived so I could wait in the parking lot with my child. The receptionist asked the MA, who outright refused. Seriously? Be prepared for incompetence/ long waits/ terrible bedside manners. Dr arrived 40 minutes late and decided not to introduce herself. No apologies to her tardiness she was not interested on my daughter’s complain. She was on her computer as she casually asked about my daughter’s symptoms. Keeps on typing… leaves the room to have the nurse take a strep test.
