I needed to speak with a healthcare professional at this practice about some very real concerns I have about my teen and the medicine they are currently prescribing. I called, left messages, and after giving this practice 12 or more years of my two kids' lives (not to mention insurance/co-pays) was for their admin to respond to me in a way in which I felt belittled and helpless. We’ve been coming for about 1.5 years and always had a good experience
I had a doctor check my baby diaper without gloves and then proceeded to check the mouth right after. Unsanitary and disgusting.
