This practice has gone down over the years. Recently the lack of professionalism, quality of care and all around warmth it use to have has gone down exponentially. After almost a decade of using them as care providers for our children we will many time use the local urgent care instead of them for things that one would normally trust in their child’s PCP for. The one shining light this still exists is Dianne. She is always smiling and eager to help in anyway she can. Very warm and welcoming always.

I needed to speak with a healthcare professional at this practice about some very real concerns I have about my teen and the medicine they are currently prescribing. I called, left messages, and after giving this practice 12 or more years of my two kids' lives (not to mention insurance/co-pays) was for their admin to respond to me in a way in which I felt belittled and helpless. I was not granted access to a Dr. even to just reassure me my daughter was in good hands. The practice should stick to babies and probably leave men... read more

I had a doctor check my baby diaper without gloves and then proceeded to check the mouth right after. Unsanitary and disgusting.
