RecommendedThis place is getting much better. There were some bumps in the road as they changed ownership. I have been here since April 2017. I’ve watched many managers come and go. Management is great right now, fast to get maintenance out and Melissa is awesome at trying to get everyone to comply with property rules. I give management a 5 out of 5 stars
I've been here for almost 3 yrs now. The first year was a little rocky and my neighbors were horibble. Ive transferred units since and its much better. The manager Melissa is wonderful and she goes the extra mile. She is great and also a very sweet person, so was Ms tanika who was here before her. New Management is great and I can see a positive change in Northwest Hills sense they have taken over
I fell in love with the upgraded units! Flooring is beautiful and who doesn't love all brand new stuff! The manager is friendly,helpful and knows a lot about the area. I look forward to the future at Northwest Hills. BTW that drive up the hill is not my favorite but the view is pretty.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone under the new management that has taken over! They are so unprofessional and try to find any way to get over on you! If you want to go without air/ heat and have your carpet flooded on numerous occasions then given the run around on getting things fixed then this is the place for you! Don’t expect to get your deposit back either bc they will find anyway to keep that as well! I will be totally honest I could move thought about moving I've been here 3 years and in those 3 years we have had 3 fantastic property managers!!! Most Recent being Ms Tanika she is stern and she makes sure things get done!! In this type of profession you need a person that you can feel comfortable with she along with Mr.Ronald and Ms Hillary were surburb!! It feels like we are orphans now with the new managment that I don't even know!! He hasn't properly introduced himself to the tenants....hmmmmmm Not a good look especial... read more
It's a good place to call home.
I'd honestly give zero stars if I could. After we moved out we were charged for some final expenses that should've been covered by our deposit but we were then told we never paid a deposit. We called to try to fix the problem and they told us they found the deposit and it was taken care of but they then changed their story and came up with some over complicated story about how the accounting was done incorrectly and we were back to being told we didn't have a deposit to cover the expenses.
