I was very impressed with this company's work and service, and was equally impressed by the fair pricing for fixing the wiring in our heating unit. I will definitely be using NW Heating and Cooling again!
Jerry was amazing. He always tries to fix before replacing, and you can count on him for honesty, responsiveness and reasonable prices. I will definitely call Jerry for any of my future heating or cooling needs.
I've now used Jerry at my residence (Furnace) and work (restaurant equipment). Jerry answered my phone call for my home inquiry, and called me back in less than 5 minutes from my VM for my work inquiry. Both time Jerry was at my location within 2 hours and fixed it both times with one visit. (Work will take 2 visits, but he was able to create a safe, short-term solution until he could get the part he needed to do the complete repair. Best Emergency Service Ever – First things first: my furnace stopped working on a winter night when the temperature outside was teetering on 20 degrees, if not less. On top of that, it was the night of the big game for the Oregon Ducks, so I assumed it would be difficult to find an after hours service tech anyway. TOP NOTCH NEW BUILD AND SERVICE COMPANY! – I have FINALLY found a top notch HVAC company in the Northwest (not an easy task!)..... Saved us thousands!!! – All the other air conditioner guys told us we need a new air conditioner and furnace! Jerry told us, "Oh no, I can fix that." We paid less than $300. He needs a cape! :) Thanks Jerry!
Knows his stuff.. – Had Jerry come by today. He took no time to find what the problem was and fixed it fast and at a good price. Unlike so many other places Jerry has pride in his work and wants you to be happy with his service. This is a no brainer. Look at the reviews if you need service he is the guy to call.
The best! – Had him install a mini ductless system. First class install job. Would recommend him to everyone. He is very busy with big clients but will fit you in. One of the very few contractors you can trust.
