We are very satisfied with Northwest Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a 40-year old heat pump and furnace replaced in early August. They promptly sent a technician to diagnose the problem and managed to work us into their busy schedule within a couple of weeks. The owner, Shaun and technicians, Austin, T.J., and Ryan were efficient, professional and personable. Their dedication and reliabilty got our new system up and running.

After being a customer for many years and having my units serviced 2 times a year, they lost their best service person. Since they have hired new people, we had 2 back to back issues with their service and lack of ethical service. Their service rep said he changed filters but flipped the filters around so the old dates would not show. The most recent visit, the service rep insisted we don’t have a filter in our attic unit (which we do), didn’t clean the coils, and after he left I started having issues with my a/c, and found ... read more

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. When we purchased our first home 23 years ago Northwest Heating and Air had installed the AC and heating system in the house and left their orange contact sticker on the unit. That little sticker and their professional care and maintenance has kept our Tran unit going for well past its normal service term. Northwest H and A recently saved us thousand of dollars. My furnace went out one day and I called up Northwest and spoke with Shawn the owner. He was able to accommodate me and get a tech out to evaluate what was wrong. The repairs were going to be quite costly so Shawn and I evaluated whether or not it would be advantageous to purchase an entirely new system. Our heater went out and of course it had to be on the coldest week of the year. Their repair team was booked out a few days, but the GM personally stepped in and came to my home within an hour. He ran into a few unexpected complications but never once got frustrated or “mansplained” anything — he walked me through everything clearly and respectfully.
