My furnace went out one day and I called up Northwest and spoke with Shawn the owner. He was able to accommodate me and get a tech out to evaluate what was wrong. Our heater went out and of course it had to be on the coldest week of the year. Their repair team was booked out a few days, but the GM personally stepped in and came to my home within an hour. He ran into a few unexpected complications but never once got frustrated or “mansplained” anything — he walked me through everything clearly and respectfully. Home Owner: We have lived in our home since it was built. Northwest installed the entire system and have been the company we use every time to do maintenance. They are very trustworthy and stick to their schedule as good as any other company does/can. I highly recommend them for heating and AC repair, maintenance, and install. We had Mark for many years until he retired and now we have Ryan. He is very easy to talk with, doesn't upsell anything and is very well versed in the world of HVAC.
Nice people. But changed the schedule without calling to inform me. After I called they send someone over 3 hours late, making us late, and then billing us $125 for a 10 minute job.
Phenomenal company, amazing service, technicians, staff and integrity. They replaced my two HVAC units at my home 3 years ago and when my son's house needed a new HVAC system I called Northwest Heating and Air. Shaun is honest, the service is professional and prompt---I give this company my highest recommendations. I am a loyal and happy customer---I can't say enough about how they go above and beyond!
