"wow" I have been a customer 13 years and have never had to pay any excessive fees. Maybe you should "read your contract" it is spelled out for you. Sounds like you don't pay your rent on time and are placing the blame on the storagre instead of your own irresponsiblity for non-payment. I have been to many storages and they are all the same so "SUCK IT UP" "QUIT YOUR WHINNING" but most of all just pay your bill on time and you WILL NOT get the added fees.P.S. UNORGANIZED MANAGEMENT and EXCESSIVE FEESI have been a customer with Northwest Heated Mini-Storage for eight years. Over eight years I have spent more than 7,000 with this company. Recently, they have raised rates, undersandable. But the fees have become ridiculous. They now charge a $10 late fee, then a $25 fee for a pre-lien notice after 14 days, and then ANOTHER $25 lien notice, all before 30 days. So for an $89 storage place, if I pay 30 days late, there is $60 in added fees. This is excessive. The software they use is w... read more
