This office is absolutely wonderful. Ashli always greets patients in a positive, friendly manner. Audiologist Rae Spelz is very knowledgeable and professional. She patiently explains everything thoroughly and never rushes the appointment. My experience has always been pleasant and informative. I recommend Northwest Hearing and Tinnitus to anyone in need of quality hearing care.

Was previously very happy with NW Tinnitus and Hearing before change in administration in the Olympia Office. Was hoping to learn about alternatives to my current RITE hearing aids since I have been hearing my own voice inside my right ear (a rare condition) for a year, and it is extremely annoying and fatiguing. Amazing people friendly knowledgeable and trustworthy
I have had a good experience my three times here. It's hard to get them on the phone sometimes, but they always follow back promptly. Dr. Spelz supports me as a young person with hearing loss without stigma, and they always do extra work to verify insurance on the day of my appointment.
