I don't know what the point of a walk-in clinic is when you walk in and the receptionist is hateful to begin with and then tell you they have no appointments for you what's the point of a walk-in clinic if you can't walk in you should most definitely take your walk in sign down!!!!!!

Shannon at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. I was explaining to her that I never got my over the phone appointment and while explaining what happened she cut me off asking for my birthday. I asked her if I could finish and she said “oh sorry for cutting you off, I just don’t have your chart pulled up so I can’t see anything.” Then once I explained the situation she said “well here it says you were a no show.” How can I no show a phone call appointment I never got? she took my number down, after she blamed me a couple times,... read more
