Jenni in Gastric Colonoscopy is rude. She called me and then wanted to know why I did not call her first. I had 2 tests to do and was thinking I was going to hear from the schedulers. I did get 2 calls but Jenni was snippy about it. I could not do both tests and was getting approval from insurance and called Jenni back and again same attitude, so yeah I hung up on her. Since Then Ive left messages to reschedule and no return call in 3 weeks. I even told her in my voicemail have someone else contact me. Nothing.
