I'm very disappointed, sad and mad to receive letter in mail that Northwest Health La Porte is closing their oncology/hematology office. I have been seeing Dr. Adab and his staff for 3 1/2 years. Now I'm expected to find a new Doctor. You are losing a amazing group of people that have helped so many through their cancer treatments. They have become family to so many of us during our most difficult times. Not to mention I know a lot of these employees have given so many years to North West Health. All because of money! Jenni in Gastric Colonoscopy is rude. She called me and then wanted to know why I did not call her first. I had 2 tests to do and was thinking I was going to hear from the schedulers. I did get 2 calls but Jenni was snippy about it. I could not do both tests and was getting approval from insurance and called Jenni back and again same attitude, so yeah I hung up on her. Since Then Ive left messages to reschedule and no return call in 3 weeks. I even told her in my voicemail have someone else contact me. Nothing.
