Dr. DeClerk is spot on if you ask or need appointments in general and you get test results quickly along with helpful advice for any problem(s).
The staff was very attentive and very informative. The only negative I would have is it took a long time.
If one has to have surgery this is place to be!!! Excellent employees and great experience
