Best experience I had in hospital they treated me like a king every time
The ER here is a freaking joke. If you are having medical issues due to severe health anxiety do not bother going here to be checked out. You cannot have medical care and psychiatric care together apparently
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received from this office, specifically from Nurse Maria Gibbs. Our appointment was originally scheduled for June 9th nearly two months in advance. On June 3rd, the office called to reschedule it to June 11th because they had apparently made an error and scheduled us on a day the doctor does not even see patients. Worst hospital. Injured my back and couldn’t get the pre authorization department to do what they were supposed to do and send over a pre authorization to my insurance. They refused to return my calls. I spent weeks waiting on them to do what they should be doing. I filed a complaint with the hospital and we took our business elsewhere. They lost at least $2k that my insurance would have covered for an MRI. I will not and refuse to get back surgery here if that’s what is needed.
Everyone was nice and I got in and out of mri area as fast as possible
