Worst hospital. Injured my back and couldn’t get the pre authorization department to do what they were supposed to do and send over a pre authorization to my insurance. They refused to return my calls. I spent weeks waiting on them to do what they should be doing. I filed a complaint with the hospital and we took our business elsewhere.
UPDATED: The billing for my son's surgery has been a complete nightmare. This is all due to the name change to Freeman Health. This is still ongoing. Northwest Medical is in network and I got prior authorization for the surgery. We are being billed $45k and it says out of network bc it's now Freeman Health. Freeman Health would NOT admit over the phone that they are having issues with their name change with insurance company. My son had an out patient surgery at the Springdale location. Had outpatient surgery there today 9-23-26. It was a very pleasant experience. The nurses doctors and anesthesiologist were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me start to finish and were extremely attentive to all my needs. Took the time to answer any and all questions to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them as a service provider. 5 all the way.

I am beyond upset and frustrated right now. My dad was transferred to Tower 2 after they discovered that he has a 7mm kidney stone. We were told that the stone is stuck, that it is too large to pass on its own, and that his kidney is swollen. When my dad arrived, he wasn’t even put on a monitor. He was in obvious pain and agony, and yet it felt like no one was taking his pain seriously. My dad NEVER goes to the doctor.
