The person I talked to on the phone about looking at the job I needed done talked like he was a real professional saying "they wouldn't do the job unless they do it right". I told him that was great as that's what I wanted. He set a time to look at the job at 8:00 AM on a Tues. He showed how 'professional' he actually was when 8:00 AM Tues. came and went with no one showing up to look at the job and no one advising me that they/he wouldn't.
