Call to make an appointment and no one answered. Texted to make the appointment to come in the day of, the respond was they've been booked with no other options for different dates available. Bad customer service.

I've been seeing Alicia for all my hair needs since 2020, and I can definitely say she is a miracle worker. She has cut, styled, lightened, and highlighted my hair multiple times; there's no one else I would trust to give me the exact look I want. I am also extremely lazy when it comes to hair upkeep, so I only see her about once a year. Even so, she's been able to lighten and cut my hair in a way where it grows out smoothly with no harsh lines.
