Called Celina the day before a friend in Seattle underwent knee surgery and, due to a last-minute illness from a friend, was left with no caregiver at all. It was very stressful and we had less than 24 hours to find someone to stay overnight with her. Northwest found someone within an hour, and she was so wonderful (Joan) my friend opted to use her for several additional nights. We needed 24 hour care on short notice, Celina and crew accommodated that. Every team member that was sent to care for my father was tremendous and very personable.
Just wanted to compliment Northwest Guided Home Care on exceptional care of my daughter during her last couple of months living with brain cancer. Celina's sensitivity and responsiveness were superb. My husband and I have worked with Northwest Guided Home Care since 2021 and have been extremely pleased. The caregivers are experienced, professional friendly and caring. Celina, the owner, is readily available and goes above and beyond to make sure the client and family are satisfied. The owner Celina was always accommodating to any needs or requests we had. If we did have any issues she took care of them promptly. She even came to fill in if someone was out sick a couple of times and she was absolutely amazing with my grandma. We did go through several different caregivers over the time we used her services due to staff shortage or personal issues (grandma had dementia so she could had bad days where she didn’t care for someone but for no particular reason).
