My surgery was on 12/13/24 and they overcharged me $6,000.00. Back in early January the overcharge was identified and I was told a refund for the overcharge was due and forthcoming. I specified to contact me, when the check was ready and I would come and pick it up versus it being mailed. Well…that never happened.
