I have always had a wonderful experience with everyone at this office. Every team member has been kind, understanding, and incredibly patient with me through everything I was going through. The nurses, doctors, and front desk staff have always been nothing but nice and caring — they’ve truly become like family to me. I’m so grateful for the support and compassion they’ve shown.
Be aware of surprise billing. Went to the Hiram office for a consultation. Paid my $60 office copay at the time of service. The doctor looked at my bloodwork and sent me to do more lab test which I had to pay $400 for. Went back into the office and another $60 copay for him to tell me the results. After 2 visits I received a bill from my insurance company for $340. They charge your insurance like its an outpatient service facility. Which they did not explain when I paid the two $60 copays. I have a business in fitness and asked to get my testosterone levels checked to possibly explained the low energy levels and because I was curious. Aron E Kefela was my doctor. Upon mentioning testosterone, Aron got defensive immediately and assumed that my levels were fine. He ordered the test, refused to listen to my explanations with care, rushed me out and before I left told me that if I did have low T, he wouldn’t work with me essentially because it’s not Gods Will. I have been going here quite sometime. I got a bill a few weeks back for my doctor's visit. Today I got a notification of a new balance. They have billed me twice. Once under the doctor's name and then again under Wellstar. Both for office visits. Insurance does not know it's 1 visit because it's under 2 different names. So you get a bill for your doctor's visit, and a bill for a Wellstar facility visit and labs.
