I was doing infusions there it was the worst experience i had with nurse shawnee, RN. I went there to get my last infusion. The nurse Shawnee is so rude when she put the iv my arm was bleeding really bad. She didn't even care. Plus she didn't let infusion finished, every time the machine is beeping. She is completely ignored me. She is very incompetent. Now, I found out i still need more infusion I have anxiety to go back, i had to cancel my infusion appointment. The place doesn't even deserve a star.

Been going here for years for my blood issues. Dr Forhand is amazing and the rest of the staff has been great

I have a business in fitness and asked to get my testosterone levels checked to possibly explained the low energy levels and because I was curious. Aron E Kefela was my doctor. Upon mentioning testosterone, Aron got defensive immediately and assumed that my levels were fine. He ordered the test, refused to listen to my explanations with care, rushed me out and before I left told me that if I did have low T, he wouldn’t work with me essentially because it’s not Gods Will. I have always had a wonderful experience with everyone at this office. Every team member has been kind, understanding, and incredibly patient with me through everything I was going through. The nurses, doctors, and front desk staff have always been nothing but nice and caring — they’ve truly become like family to me. I’m so grateful for the support and compassion they’ve shown.
