I have been going here quite sometime. I got a bill a few weeks back for my doctor's visit. Today I got a notification of a new balance. They have billed me twice. Once under the doctor's name and then again under Wellstar. Both for office visits. Insurance does not know it's 1 visit because it's under 2 different names. So you get a bill for your doctor's visit, and a bill for a Wellstar facility visit and labs. Dr Forehand and team delivered a terrible display today. I was required by the schedulers to come in to discuss bloodwork as if something was wrong. Which I had received a previous call that everything was normal. After waiting over 1 hour in the room. I walked up front the nurse immediately tried to start scheduling for a follow up. I stated I haven’t been seen yet. No apologies just go back to your room. Finally “Trey” comes in fist bumps me and started fumbling why I was here and simply said just keep living your life….
