I have to say this was the worst experience of my life. I came in to see dr.Nawadakay to discuss a possible hysterectomy. I saw her on dec 26 while I was in the hospital for a blood transfusion. I went to my follow up appointment, arriving 15 minutes early ,just to have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hrs and 18 minutes! When I was finally taken to the back exam room in front of the nurses station I was asked to get undressed from the waist down and given a flimsy paper sheet to cover with (it covers nothing) I again waited... read more
She is a great Dr. She listens to my concerns and is very thorough.
Dr. Nwadike is professional, has a wonderful bedside manner and is just overall fantastic. Office manager and general office needs an over haul. Wait times are over an hour with every visit. The first sign of trouble should have been a permanent sign posted with current wait times just in the waiting room. This doesn’t count the time you’re in the back waiting room. One and a half hours of a wait time is ridiculous. (This was an hour after office opening)
