Had an appointment scheduled for nearly 3 months. Called the day before and confirmed. Day of my appointment I get an email saying that I called and cancelled my appointment. What an absolute joke of a clinic.
Bad attitude, nurses if you’re afraid of needles, this is the worst place to go they make you feel different just cause you’re scared of needles
Bad nurses really bad attitude
This has got to be one of the worst medical groups. In no other field would this kind of service be tolerated. Just because they are one of the only options, you are at their mercy. Just getting an appointment takes an act of God. Its very concerning. If they are this understaffed and spred this thin the likelihood of someone getting hurt is high. It really scares me.
