I’ve seen Dr Iftikar a few times for stomach issues, I’m currently looking for a new gastroenterologist. The Dr has done 2 colonoscopies & 2 endoscopies and didn’t find anything wrong. But there’s something definitely going on with my intestines. I feel like the Dr is not getting down to the root cause of my issues. I’m frustrated and don’t want to go back there. So, I’m going to go elsewhere and get a second opinion.
Staff was rude. Refused to answer direct questions regarding clinic appointments
Disorganized, incompetent and inconsiderate. Double booked my procedure, then failed to notify NW Surgery Center of the reschedule despite sending me an email confirmation. NW Surgery Ctr never called to address the perceived no-show. Was able to be put on standby but alerted that Dr. Iftikhar was running his signature 2 hours behind. Meaning a 3 hour wait for me.
