I have seen Dr. Bernsen at Northwest Gastroenterology Group in Arlington Heights, IL, for 3 routine procedures over the past 6 years. Dr. Bernsen is an excellent gastroenterologist who fully explains each procedure at a consultation appointment before a procedure is scheduled. In addition, the other staff members are very friendly, efficient, and kind.
