This place was an absolute nightmare. Sandra pullen was awful as a nurse practitioner. Trying to get ahold of this place alone took days and weeks. Trying to get the correct medicine took the same. Would rate them 0 stars if possible.
Dr Michelle Dobson was cold and blunt. Her bedside manner made us reconsider our decision to continue with her. And the office doesn't answer calls. Another patient was having a bad experience while we were there.
I called today to talk to the medical assistant. She took my questions to the RN and they called back. I was expressing concerns about timing of a surgical consultation and when and how to start my colonoscopy preparation, along with the other medical issues I've been dealing with. I was told by the RN to "calm down and stop being a big baby; we're working as fast as we can. we normally don't get patients in for a colonoscopy for a couple months, and we got you in so that's priority". I left very disappointed with none of my concerns answered I was there for some finding of a fatty liver I left there not knowing if how to take care of it or what cause it and some other issues of cyst in my liver and kidney I was told those were there due to my age I was told to exercise and do some walking and supposedly that should take care of my problems I am now googling to find out how I can get my liver healthy again she was rushing through the whole visit I dont think she spent more than five minutes with me, I end... read more
