Northwest Furniture Outlet has wonderful service, Perry Palo went above and beyond anyplace I have every shopped, with customer service. If you do not find something in their store, always ask, they can order most anything and for a much better price. We are so lucky to have them in our Canby community!!!

Don't even bother with any other furniture place; go directly to Northwest Furniture Outlet. After three days of furniture shopping in Portland proper and online and experiencing disappointments, deception and lack of stock, we came upon Northwest Furniture Outlet. It was a bit of a trek from NE Portland, but boy, well worth it! We found what we wanted along with personable and helpful staff and great prices. This is where we will always go for any future furniture purchases.
I was helping a pregnant lady in need that did not have a mattress or a bed frame or any bedding at all and my good friend Rick Palo helped me out big time and I cannot thank him more along with Michael kwok for both being willing to make a big sacrifice on letting a very very expensive Bedframe leave the store as a donation to help the sweet pregnant lady in need.
