I was looking for a bedroom set for my daughter, Patricia went above and beyond to find something I might like. After all her work, I changed my mind, went a different direction & she happily helped more. I ended buying a bed & I'm totally happy with it!! What was even a bonus, was we did it all over the computer or phone, I didn't have to step foot in the store, which was a plus for me. I have to say Northwest Furniture Outlet has lived up to and beyond everything I had heard about them! My brother was in desperate need of a new bed but since he's on disability money is very tight & we weren't sure what he could afford. He looked at bed after bed until he found the right that one with the help of Jesana & Michael. Great shopping experience. No sales pressure at all! They greeted me when I walked in and answered all my questions, but they let me wander around and shop without hovering over me. They even delivered my new sofa within an hour! I felt bad for the guys delivering it. It didn't fit around the corner into the living room like I thought it would, but they found another way to get it in the house.
