Every time I have a problem, or a light starts flashing on my dash board on my 2011 Cascadia, I give Greg M, the foreman at Northwest Trucks in Palatine IL a call for his quick advise on what's happening with the truck no matter what state I'm in. With his quick, and extensive knowledge of these trucks, no what year the truck is, I get the correct information I need to make a decision to drive the truck back to Palatine Freightliner to get the the truck repaired there, or get the truck repaired at the nearest repairs shop.
