I am very disappointed with my experience at Northwest Freightliner. In June 2024, my truck was diagnosed with a cracked engine block while still under warranty. Instead of replacing the engine block, the dealership performed a temporary JB Weld repair under a warranty repair order and even charged me for it. About a year and a half later, the engine began leaking again from the exact same location, clearly showing that the original repair did not properly fix the issue. Extremely satisfied with the service I received at this Freightliner shop! Jason checked me in Thursday night, he was professional, friendly, patient, and helpful while listening to me describe my trucks issues. This was the 3rd shop I'd been to in 7 days, including 2 tows due to a stubborn and elusive intermittent coolant leak. I spoke to Jared twice the next day, same level of service and he helped me get the programming updated in the truck which solved my other problem.
