Dr Decotis-Smith is amazing. She is by far the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. She came as a recommendation from a friend and was exactly what we needed during our very trying, short pregnancy. I never once felt like just a patient or number in this office. Dr. DeCotis-Smith was my OB for our beautiful baby girl this year and was absolutely amazing! She has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to your concerns throughout the pregnancy. You can tell she loves what she does so much, and truly cares for her patients! I was induced and eventually had to go in for a c-section and she was there every step of the way! Dr. Decotis-Smith was my post partum care doctor after Dr. Caywood was no longer on call. After being allowed to hemorrhage for over 6 hours (and being in fear for my life), she sent me home before I was back to normal/safe blood volume and hemoglobin levels. She told me that giving me another blood transfusion would be a waste of their resources. It was clear to me that she did not care about my health or safety.
I love Dr. H, Dr. Decotis-Smith and the staff. I recommend them to everyone.
I've have Hennessey as my doctor for almost 10 years & I love the entire office. He's been with me through so much & I have complete faith in everyone here!
