I came in to be a new patient receptionist is so rude and pushy I just walked out if a receptionist is that rude I do not want my health and well being in their hands can at least act like you care about the patients
Zero stars if I could. I had an appointment and was told a prescription was called in. I called my pharmacy 2 hours after my appointment...no Rx. I called the following morning for 45 minutes an no one answered the phone. I had to call the hospital switch board to ring another doctor's office to get someone on the phone. Then I reminded them to call in my Rx. I pay a lot of money in insurance premiums to receive substandard care and make people do their job! I won't be back!
