Dr. Hennessy is a kind and caring physician, but tragically his administrative office staff leaves a lot to be desired. His office has remarkably horrible customer service and the administrative staff lacks professionalism. After years of dealing with the rude and incompetent administrative staff, I’ve decided to switch physicians and see Dr. Decotis and Dr. Caywood at their new practice.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Hennessey and his staff. They have seen me through two very difficult pregnancies. I always trusted that they were going to help me make the best decisions when it came to my care. I have seen all of the doctors there, because of my frequent visits, and they are all equally as good.
This office is unprofessional and never answers their phone, always tries to bill me twice, and the doctors are rude and don't even know what they're doing. I just go here for checkups but if I was ever pregnant I could never trust these people with delivering a baby.
I loved everything about my gentle c-section with Dr. Hennessey who delivered our precious daughter. We were able to have have a clear window to watch the whole birth, immediate skin to skin, my husband was able to do a mock cutting of the cord and we also were allowed a birth photographer in the OR to capture the moment. Thanks so much!
Dr. DeCotis-Smith was my Obgyn. Had a great experience throughout my entire pregnancy here. Dr. Hennessey actually ended up delivering my son due to my doctor being in blue water when it was time for baby. He did an amazing job with my C-section and everything my delivery threw at him!
