I saw the signs for a "$69.95 spring tune-up" while driving by and decided to call for more information. I spoke with two ladies on the phone, and after getting more information, chose to schedule the tune-up. The tech showed up, explained the service to me, tried to sell me a UV system, and then started the tune-up. At no point in my interactions with those 3 employees was I advised that it would not be the advertised $69.95, because "there is a mandatory $25 service fee to roll out to every call." Cason did an amazing job redoing my ductwork! He was on time, in a great mood, and super professional. The airflow is way better now—highly recommend!
I called this morning for assistance, and someone was out within an hour. Tech Minh was excellent. He was prompt and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service he provided today.
The staff is extremely rude and arrogant.
