The staff is extremely rude and arrogant.
Absolutely amazing customer service both in the office and on the jobsite! Cannot recommend this company more....
I’m sure the company might be great… But their drivers are the worst. Every M-F I usually come up on/by/around van #12 morning and evening. They drive erratically. Using no blinkers. Swerving in and out of traffic. Tailgating. Probably shouldn’t be driving a company vehicle. Just absolutely dangerous to others on the road.
Quailty, caring and honest! Called at 8 am and James (the Technician) came out to my house by 1230 the same day. He did some honest trouble shooting, explained everything to me and fixed the problem within the hour. I appreciate the honesty, quickness and fair pricing! Thanks James!
5 star service from Northwest Florida A/C LLC and their service technician Cason on time and very professional was able to fix my A/C within the hour. Will definitely use the company in the future
