We called them out for a chimney sweep and inspection as well as a dryer vent cleaning. Upon inspecting the fireplace and chimney, we were told that the chimney was clean and did not need serviced. We were advised that the chimney needed a new cap, but the fireplace was too old to get parts for and they would not use aftermarket parts. The fireplace was installed in 1996.
