Horrible customer service. Spoke with someone on the phone at this location & she sighed, huffed, and was very rude over simple questions I was asking about pricing if I didn’t want to be a member, as we would like to “try before we buy” (to which she informed me they don’t offer day passes anymore). Her attitude was as if I should know these things, which obviously I wouldn’t be asking if I did. I just moved to the area and I know different locations have different rules with this kind of thing.
