The Customer Service is horrible. When trying to work out billing issues with the insurance company, I was told to leave and they didn't know what to tell me except my insurance had not paid. I had the insurance company on the phone and they would not even let them talk to anybody about this issue. The insurance company showed the bill paid in full and they were trying to work through the discrepancy. I was told " I'm sorry we can't let you see a manager." I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Egelhof, a doctor at Northwest Family Physicians, for over 40 years and have had nothing but the best care available. I highly recommend him and his associates.

Agreeing with the customer below, the customer service here is awful. I haven't had the best luck with the Dr's either, the nurse practitioners seem to be the only saving aspect of this facility. My first terrible experience occurred after I passed out after several shots, I explained to them it wasn't a fear of needles but that doctors offices and doctors make me very nervous.
