Advise nobody to go to this doctor office they not professional they very rude they don't answer the phone the wait time is ridiculous always talking on the phone need new people there and new doctors they never call you back I never been to a doctor office that was rude disrespectful towards the customers they is not there to help the elder people very sad

The worst doctor's office I have ever visited. The wait is extremely long, and the front desk receptionist seems overwhelmed with multiple tasks at once. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I didn't get out until 5:30 PM. I also had trouble reaching anyone on the phone, which resulted in a $35 fee. This meant I had to waste gas and make a trip to the office. Save yourself time and money—I'm giving this office a rating of 0.
Craziness at this place! They don't answer the phones and all prompts are full, can't leave message. Took a week to get my scripts into pharmacy and then had to go back to see different Dr for injections I needed. Even though they said 1st Dr in office could do it! Script was called in 2xs wrong. I was in the office 4xs in one week trying to figure things out. Very unprofessional and can't hardly hear them talk. You need to keep asking them to speak up even in person.
