Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new optometrist. Dr. Nguyen and her staff provided amazing care + follow up. I really appreciate when a provider takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me, answer any questions I may have, and makes me feel cared for + comfortable during my exam. Overall great experience and left feeling like I had a good understanding of my current eye health & needs.
I had a great experience at this optometry office with Dr. Nguyen. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire visit very pleasant and comfortable. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt well taken care of. I really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this optometry to anyone looking for a great eye-care experience!

I am so excited about my new glasses! NW Family Eye Center is a great place, great customer service, theses ladies are very pleasant to work with.
Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I was looking for a new eye doctor and found her through mutuals’ recommendations. Very good at explaining things and providing suggestions. She was patient with me trying on contacts as well. The rest of the staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
