Are you sick? NW Family Physicians is a great place for you healthcare needs. Though it may take some time to get an appointment, they do have walk-up service. My only complaint is that Doctors seem to rotate through pretty frequently. Just when I get with one that I like, he's gone somewhere else. Staff is very compassionate and helpful. You're not a number at the place. But they do sometimes seems to be pushing patients through due to the high demand.

Really like my doctor My husband and I have been going to NWFP for 8 years now and I'm totally happy with them. I have had a bad allergic reaction that I had to get in right away and they were able to accomodate me. On the other hand, I have had to wait weeks for an appointment when it wasn't critical. Lots of people go there and are happy with them and their struggle is to keep enough staff constantly there to meet everyone's needs. great customer service My family has been using this clinic for 10 years. We have NEVER had bad customer service or bad service by any of the doctors. When I have needed to get an appointment in a hurry, they have always been able to accomodate me. They are flexible with their scheduling and are very willing to work around my work schedule. I ahve never had to wait long for my appointments. They also have great followup after appointments.
Great place My family has been going here for over 25 years. They have growen and continue to grow. The Doctors are the best. There is emergency care for those times you need it. The location on West Braodway is vary convenient.
nice office the biggest draw-back of this clinic is that it is always busy and overbooked. Located on the top floor of the Crystal Galary right on Broadway it offers everything an leading clinic does. Dr and nurses are great but usually in a rush. It can take 2 or more weeks to get into see a specific dr. Although I think this is just normal in this day and age, expecially with good drs.
The PA Don is fantastic! I just moved to the area and have not been feeling well. After seeing another doctor and the Neurologist she referred me to I ended up at the urgent care at NWFP. I saw a PA there named Don. I just loved him. He actually took the time to LISTEN and ask questions. After the exam he sat down and explained everything to me. I wont go anywhere else now.
