The overall experience was very professional as well as being efficient and courteous. All the staff was great! Dr. Osgood answered all my questions.
Having been referred by my Optometric Physician, I filled out the paperwork necessary, and had very little wait time before being greeted and taken for testing. After that having been completed, and the results given to Dr. Osgood, he did further testing and an eye examination. He explained his suggestions for treatment, answering all the questions I presented and with that the assurance that the decisions were mine to make as to what I wished to proceed with, or not. I had a great experience from the time I stepped into the reception area to the time I left. All staff were friendly, considerate, and helpful.
I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful front reception to start. The staff was very kind and super helpful when it came to my care and explaining the procedures. They answered all my questions even with visual examples. Dr Osgood has a very calm demeanor and he, also, explained the procedures and the results. I felt that he really cared about me and wanted to provide the best care. Thanks to all.
I found the staff and physicians to be very informative, patient and friendly. Having someone working on your eyes is concerning in the best of situations. I had total confidence from the start. Why did I wait so long? I am very pleased with the results.
