I've been a patient at this practice thru a couple changes of MDS and plan to stay w/them. The entire staff is polite and friendly, and although they offer the full spectrum of care from surgery and laser treatments through glasses, they offer services without "pushing" them. They did have to work thru glitches w/a new software system. Now mt only complaint us that when you're there during a busy timeslot, there can be some waiting. Do not waste your time with this center. I didn't even mind the 1 hour wait time to be seen by the doctor if it meant I would receive excellent care. However, Dr. Dilman left me feeling ridiculed for asking about the side effects of the prescribed medications, the length of my care and how I could improve my vision.
