Team of providers was amazing from receptionist (Saundra), to medical assistant (Charlie) and podiatrist (Jason Suratt)! I was suffering from a terrible ingrown toenail and was feeling nervous about coming in. They were thoughtful and client/human centered and listened to me. They problem solved with me (I needed a different numbing agent than typical and have some health complexities) and made the whole procedure go surprisingly smooth. Thank you! Highly recommend.
What a great experience with Dr Taylor Bunka and her team, I was lost and they guided me to the office, forgot my glasses and Saundra took my phone and did all my check in stuff very gracefully, then the fabulous Dr who treated 2 issues and sent me off with lots of ideas and tips for the future, what a great experience. I would highly recommend Northwest Extremity Specialists in West Linn. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistants, and doctors are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The office is very clean and sterile. I’ve had the opportunity to see 2 podiatrist’s in the time that I’ve been seen there, as my primary podiatrist is on maternity leave. What a joke! They advertise this guy as a "doctor" and "surgeon", but he's a physician ASSISTANT. He doesn't even have a fake PA doctorate.
I'm having to drive to the location to speak to the front desk. Great Dr's but the phone tree makes it impossible to get help. I ordered orthotics 2 months ago, just need to see if they're in but when calling, your only options are: scheduling, billing, the office address/fax or the need for a Spanish speaking staff. Just need to ask where my orthotics are since it's been 2 months.
