There aren't enough words to describe how awesome these guys are. Seriously I am so happy I found them. The issues with my ancient furnace seemed hopeless. But between Rich and Mason the problem was solved. The conversation about what they were looking at or testing was very enlightening, I learned a lot and really appreciate the care and concern they showed. They are my go to furnace repair for sure. Thank you guys for being great.
Great Job Andrey Demchuk and the other Members. Thank you also to Aaton Jensen
Great customer service and focus on exactly what we wanted, not what some may have wanted to sell us.
Service from NW Expert Heating was on time and professional. The technician took his time to make sure everything was in working order. Technician provided a trouble shoot results and recommendation on our old furnace after inspection and cleaning.
The technician took the time to answer a lot of random questions I had about my system. As he continued to work, he kind of explained why it’s important to do these preventive maintenance services so that you catch a problem when it’s cheap to fix and wait till it gets more expensive. Nearly $30 a month is a little high. I don’t spend that kind of money doing oil changes and air pressure checks and fluid checks on my car per month or per year.
