I needed to update my previous review and would not recommend this company. It has been 2 months since we had our AC installed and after multiple follow-ups with the team, they have still not gotten our permits taken care off from the city as promised. We were told multiple times that they submitted paperwork, but were waiting on the city. Updating my review to reflect our recent experience. When we went to turn on our 3 yo mini split system this year, we had no cool air. We contacted the company and they sent a technician out. After inspection, he informed my husband that we had a leak. He said it would cost $2700 for leak detection and that the R410a Freon in our system is no longer allowed as of January of this year and then it can be hard to source.
