Nathan did a good thorough job serving both the furnace and AC unit. Appreciated all the feedback and suggestions.
Nathan came to my home to service My Ac unit and furnace; He was very professional and knowledgeable. He tuned both the units and explained in detail what he did and how efficient the units will be going forward. Nice people but couldn't figure out how to fix the drain from my A/C system (which they had installed) and tore up my floor and put a hole in a wall in the process. Also were supposed to get back to me about how to fix my float valve which is currently dangling outside the unit with the front panel off. Never heard back after multiple attempts to contact.
Northwest Expert Heating is the best and most reasonable heating cooling company I have ever worked with. From sales through implementation of project, everything was expertly handled. Nathan in sales, was thorough on exactly how the heat pump system works, including how the thermostat works (which we video and use). Julie, Amanda & Emily (office personnel) are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Overall a 10+ company.
