Gave me a really aggressive rate compared to others in the area so I went with them and had some great rebates for PSE as being on their preferred installer list. That being said the two guys who came to do the actual install were definitely putting in as minimal effort as they could. I found out a month or so later the main trunk which they had agreed to in the contract they only put about 2 feet of upgraded trunk and the other 20 feet which they were supposed to do was left untouched because the guys wanted to go home earl... read more
Nathan came out and did an excellent job on the heat pump and the furnace. Definitely will call again for service! They installed the system 3 years ago and it’s been running great ever since.
I had a fantastic experience with Christopher at NW expert heating and cooling! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Christopher was especially great—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find such reliable and efficient service these days, but this team really delivered. Highly recommend!
Nathan was professional and knowledgeable during my ac tune up appointment. He was able to clean my ac from years of no maintenance to look like probably when it was first installed. Thanks again and will look forward to seeing you again in a year!
