Aaron came out and found and fixed electrical issue in no time. He walked me through problem and replaced parts. Super nice, friendly and extremely efficient!! In September I got a call from them offering a heating inspection and maintenance check so I accepted. When he got here he red tagged the furnace and turned it off! He told me he legally had to and that we should get a new furnace. I wasn't convinced, but since we are caring for a 91 yr old that feels very cold, I went ahead with the new furnace installation.
