Charlie came over to our place and checked on the furnace and explained what was wrong with it and took care of the problem at the same time...showed great professionalism is very knowledgeable while at it...would use his services again if need be.

I filled out the online request for an appointment and within minutes received a call from Amanda in the office. I did not expect to receive a same-day appointment, but she was able to send Mike out who arrived with in a short amount of Time period he was very friendly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He even had a part on the truck that he could replace at the time without needing to have a return visit. In less than an hour, I had heat again. I received a coupon in the mail for a furnace check up for $59.00 so I thought that was a real good price so I called them and set up the appointment to have my 25 year old furnace checked out since it had been running erratically. I’m so glad I did because the nicest man , Glen Ashford, came out and did a check up. The news wasn’t good, my furnace inside was cracked and the control board was burned along with some water damage he said it should be “red tagged”.
