I needed a key made. They don't cut keys but I was able to buy the blank.
Today our Prevost motorcoach had a mechanical on our trip west on I-84 between Arlington and Biggs Jct. It overheated and we discovered a couple of broken bolts that caused movement of a plate and thus broke a belt. Anyway, Prevost dispatched Northwest Equipment for us out of Hermiston. The tech, Billy, arrived within the time frame expected, maybe a little sooner. He got to work on the problem and was able to get us back on the road within about 1.5 hours.
