Highly recommend against this practice. Find any other ENT. The only positive I can give are a couple of the Doctors are decent. I had many negative experiences. I had multiple visits where I waited an hour past the appointment time for the doctor to finish the appointment in less than 2 mins, with a handful of seconds of that spent acknowledging me. I have had 2 ear drum repair surgeries here, both have failed and have left me in worse pain, my hearing loss is substantial and now, as a 25 yr single mom to a 1 yr old i’m looking at potentially another ear drum repair surgery with a different practice because i refuse to be seen here again. My mother was also a patient here and her thyroidectomy has left her with irreparable damage and a paralyzed vocal cord. the doctors here get you in for surgery, charge the hell out of your insurance and then couldnt care less about th... read more
